What Does the Bible Say About Homosexuality?

Let's be honest about what's on the page. The passages traditionally cited on this topic — in Leviticus, Romans, and 1 Corinthians — speak of same-sex sexual activity in the language of prohibition, and the Bible's positive vision for sexual union is consistently set within the marriage of husband and wife. Faithful readers have wrestled deeply with how these ancient texts apply today, and thoughtful Christians land in different places.
